he Auberge de la Forêt restaurant invites you to discover
a quality menu, based on local products and the
traditional recipes of Aisne and Thiérache.
In convivial surroundings made of wood and noble materials, warm
décor created for intimacy, the Auberge de la Forêt
restaurant is the ideal setting for private
or business functions.
A totally natural environment in which to try the dishes offered
by the chef Mr. Rémy Harant.
The à la carte specialities offered at our restaurant include
Maroilles, the Aisne and Thiérache cheese, a strong and
delicate product in the image of the authenticity of our region

Soissons bean, honey,
red berries, game, vegetables
in season contribute to a simple
and delicious cuisine, worthy of the best country inn tradition.
At the Auberge de la Forêt you can also try the “Folie
Douce”, a regional Thiérache aperitif born of an old
local tradition: a fruity wine arising from the natural fermentation
of strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants, cassis, mulberries and
rhubarb.
The restaurant can accommodate groups of up
to 40 persons.
